At Koash by Nidhi, every piece of jewellery is carefully inspected and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you face any issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
We offer returns or exchanges only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims
Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact us via email or WhatsApp with:

Your order number

Photos or video of the issue

The unboxing video
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect:

Earrings

Personalized or custom jewellery

Items showing signs of wear or use
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchanges
If you request an exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched once the returned item is received and approved.
Important Notes

We do not accept returns for reasons like personal preference, change of mind, or style dislike.

Slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
